FAQ


1. What is the current turn around time?
- Our current TAT is 25 business days (excluding holidays) unless it is the holiday season, which may increase TAT due to high volume.

2. What sizes do you carry?
- In MOST items we carry preemie-child’s 10. Some items start at 0-3 or 6 months.

3. Are there any RTS items?
- Occasionally we will have a RTS sale. Unless stated all items have our normal TAT.

4. Do you do custom orders?
- We currently offer 10 custom spots per week on drop days  

5. What’s the best way to contact you? 
- By email but we do not check the email after business hours or on weekends. Please try not to message personal pages because we do not check them. The email is INFO@minasbabyboutique.com

6. My tracking number still hasn’t updated. Is something wrong? 
- Once a label is created you will receive an email with tracking information. This information will not be updated until USPS scans it in. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to update. If it still has not updated after that time frame please contact us immediately.

7. What do I do if my package says its delivered and I never got it?
- Once your item(s) show delivered you must reach out to your local post office. We order enough fabric to fulfill orders and sometimes are unable to offer replacements. 

8. If I’m local do I still need to pay for shipping? 
- Yes. We do not meet local customers or allow them to pick up. You can always use a rep code to help lower the cost of your order.

9. Can I rush my order? 
- At this time we do not rush orders.

10. Can I return my item? 
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged upon arrival. You have 3 days from the time your package is delivered to alert us of any damage to your items. We ask that you ship the item(s) back & once we receive them we will issue a refund.

11. How do I become a brand rep? 
- We search for new reps every 3 months! We will always post updates in our VIP Facebook group as well as our Instagram page. Be sure to join so you stay in the loop!
